Drinking warm water daily from this Ayurvedic Copper Drinking Cup, especially if done first thing in the morning, can also help to decrease kapha dosha and lose weight. Copper utensils are recommended in Ayurveda for kapha constitutions and kapha imbalances.

Please note: Rinse and scrub well your Ayurvedic Copper Drinking Cup during washing and make sure that there are no deposits or precipitates, as copper sulphate can cause nausea. Pure copper oxidizes with water, so stains are normal. Keep your cup clean by washing and drying it after each use, and cleanse periodically with lime juice to remove stains.
