Shipping
We do our best to process and ship your order as son as we receive it and to keep shipping and handling charges as low as possible. Our first choice for shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, but we may ship large or heavy packages via UPS Ground (or a similar carrier) and in this case a tracking number will be provided. In general, you should receive your package in 2-3 days, but you should allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery after we process your order.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping and Handling charges will be calculated during checkout based on total purchase, weight and/or delivery zone. Shipping charges include Delivery Confirmation and certain orders will be insured at our discretion. Taxes will be included in shipping charges for orders shipping to NC.Temporarily Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is not currently in-stock, we will let you know when it will be available for delivery. In general, for items that are temporarily out-of-stock, please allow an additional 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.
At this time we only ship within the USA. We may ship to Canada and certain countries if you are willing to pay the extra shipping charges. This can be discussed on a case by case basis. Orders can be taken over the phone, or via e-mail or fax.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you would like to return a product, please contact us first to receive an RMA number. Make sure you write the RMA number on the outside of your package. Return the merchandise unopened, in the same condition you received it, within 14 days of the delivery date for a courteous refund, exchange or store credit.* CDs and DVDs that have been opened cannot be returned. Sale items cannot be returned either. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. You may return it according to our Policies. If you return any item after 14 days of delivery, you will be charged a restocking fee of: 9 dollars.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable, unless we sent you the wrong item, or the item was defective, in which case we will gladly exchange it once we receive your return. We highly recommend you ensure your return and request delivery or tracking service, in case your package gets lost.
If the merchandise is not returned in the same, new condition it was received, or if it looks like it has beed used, we will not refund any charges. If you request to have it shipped back, you will be charged for shipping again.
Items lost due to a wrong address provided by you will not be refunded. Packages returned to us because of an address issue (wrong address or any other reason) may be shipped again, if you request us to do so, but you will be charged for the new shipping. We will NOT refund shipping charges for any reason, unless a package is lost or returned due to our mistake. USPS delivery complaints should be directed to your local postal office. UPS packages damaged in transit should not be accepted.
*Please Note: Due to health safety reasons, we do not accept returns of most Ayurvedic products, specialty formulas and teas, and most food items (rice, ghee, chutneys, cooking and spice kits). Please contact us first to make sure you can return your item.
